Refund Policy at Apparel Addiction
Only unwashed and unworn merchandise may be returned within 7 days after delivery for a store credit. Merchandise returned 7-14 days after delivery will be accepted for a store credit ONLY minus a restocking fee of 15% percent. Returns are not accepted after 14 days.
All sale merchandise is final sale.

You may return ApparelAddiction.com purchases by mailing it to our fulfillment center at the following address:

Items may also be returned to any of our retail locations.
You will be credited for the cost of the items and applicable taxes. Shipping is not refunded.
Return or exchange an ApparelAddiction.com purchase by mail
1. Please include your packing slip and return form.
2. On the packing slip, circle the item(s) you're returning. Please indicate the reason(s) for your return on the reverse side of the form.
3. For returns, a store credit will be issued.
4. For exchanges, please call 1.877.329.2552. A shipping fee of $9.95 will be charged for exchanges. The original shipping fee will be deducted from the store credit for any order which included free shipping ($9.95 for U.S. orders).
5. Pack your return securely in the original package if possible. Be sure to include the return form. If you do not have your original packing slip, please include the following information with your return: bill-to name, address and phone number; ship-to name, address and phone number; order number; reason for return; and requested exchange items if applicable.
We recommend that all returns and exchanges be sent via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. ApparelAddiction.com is not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Return status Returns mailed to ApparelAddiction.com may take one to two weeks to process after you mail it. Once processed, a credit is issued to the credit card used for the original purchase. It usually takes one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. For returns on items originally purchased with an APPARELADDICTION.COM Gift Card, please allow two to three weeks for processing after you mail the package to receive your new APPARELADDICTION.COM Gift Card. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Please be sure to include your order number on the outside of your return.
Store Policies
Occasionally items may be out of stock. We make every attempt to contact the customer in the event of out of stock inventory.
Web Credits: Upon receipt of returned items, meeting the requirements of our Return and Exchange Policy that determine a Web Credit, a customer will be issued a web credit, valid for one year from the date issued, and that can be used to purchase products on ApparelAddiction.com.
Preorder policy: Coupon codes cannot be applied to pre-order items. Please note that the delivery date is an estimated shipping date. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates for preorder items due to unforeseen delays by the manufacturers. Please know that we can't control the dates that are given to us by the manufacturers. Pre-order items are sold on a first come first serve basis. We will charge your card for the full amount when the order is placed. If for some reason we cannot fill your order we will issue a full refund. We will accept cancellations on pre-order items but for store credits only that can be used on future purchases (refunds will not be permitted).
Discounts and Promotions: Discounts and promotions are good on in-stock, non-sale merchandise. Discounts and promotions do not apply to sale merchandise or pre-ordered merchandise and may not combinable.
