If applicant is chosen to model in any Apparel Addiction advertisements and promotional materials, model will be required to sign a standard photo release. Apparel Addiction will compensate models with a $100 Gift Card to use on their website. See Official Rules

OFFICIAL RULES

This is a casting call for Apparel Addiction’s fashion advertising campaign or media usage. No entry fee or purchase is required to participate. Individuals may be selected in each of the following categories: junior girls, junior boys, adult men and adult women. To enter, eligible entrants must submit photograph(s) of themselves, or a member of their family over whom they have the right to give legal consent, along with the Official Entry Application according to the submission instructions below.

ELIGIBILITY: A parent or legal guardian only may enter entrants under 18 years of age. You must be 18 years of age or older to submit a photo- graph of yourself and to sign the Official Entry Form.

PHOTO FORMAT: You may submit a photo of yourself or a family member. The photo should represent the individual’s personality and style. Although the individual’s face should be identifiable, more than just a headshot is preferable. More than one photo is acceptable. Photo may not be retouched or altered in any way. If you are submitting a photo of a family member to whom you are a legal guardian of, by entering, you agree that you have that individual’s permission to submit his or her likeness for this competition. By entering, you also agree that you have rights of usage of the submitted photograph.

ENTERING CASTING CALL: In order to enter, you must provide all required information. The entrant will be asked to provide their first and last name, contact info, phone number(s), gender, sizes and age range. To submit the entry form, the entrant must confirm that they are 18 years of age or older, or that they are the parent or legal guardian of an entrant who is a minor, and have read and agree to these official rules. Signatures are required. If selected by Apparel Addiction to participate in the fashion shoot, you give Apparel Addiction the right and permission to use your name, address, image, and/or likeness in any of its advertising, marketing, or promotional efforts and will be required to sign a standard release form.

JUDGING: A panel from our advertising agency will be responsible for selecting finalists for a photo shoot to be photographed on location in Long Island. Apparel Addiction judges reserve all rights to select some, all or no finalists in each category if entrants do not meet criteria. Apparel Addiction will determine, at its discretion, the category that a finalist will be placed in; the age of the individual may not be representative of selected category.

FINALIST SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: Finalists will be contacted via telephone, email, and/or U.S. Mail. If a finalist cannot be reached or does not reply within 5 business days of notification, the individual will be disqualified and an alternate finalist will be contacted. One parent or legal guardian must accompany a minor finalist. You will be notified of your call time and date when those details are finalized and at the discretion of our advertising agency. Participants will be compensated for their time in the form of an Apparel Addiction $100 gift card, amount to be decided.
