Shipping
All "in-stock" items will
be shipped out within 48 hours (Monday-Friday).
Pre-ordered or backordered items will
be sent out as soon as they arrive.

& Exchanges
All sale items are final sale and cannot
be returned or exchanged. All returned
items will be given an internet store
credit only, no exceptions.
Apparel Addiction prides itself on offering
the highest quality merchandise. If
you are not fully satisfied with your
purchase simply return the unused item
within 14 days of their receipt. All
merchandise must be returned in its
original condition with all tags attached.
Upon receipt of your return we will
provide you with an online store credit
(good for 1 year) or exchange (less
shipping costs). Please do not return
any sale merchandise as you will not
be given a store credit. A 5% restocking
fee applies to certain items.
A shipping fee of $9.95 will be charged
for exchanges. The original shipping
fee will be deducted from the store
credit for any order which included
free shipping ($9.95 for U.S. orders).
For items received past the 14 days
there will be a 20% restocking fee.
The purchaser is responsible for shipping
charges. Items purchased via the internet
may only be returned to our retail stores
with prior approval.
The order must be returned with all
the original packaging, including the
original invoice. ApparelAddiction.com
will not accept any item returned with
obvious signs of wear or with any of
the original tags removed. Please include
your order number, contact information,
and a brief note explaining the reason
for the return. Please indicate if you
would like a store credit or an exchange.
*We strongly
recommend that you insure your return
and get proof of delivery in case your
package gets lost in transit.

Occasionally items may be out of stock.
We make every attempt to contact the
customer in the event of out of stock
inventory.

Credits: Upon receipt of returned
items, meeting the requirements of our
Return and Exchange Policy that determine
a Web Credit, a customer will be issued
a web credit, valid for one year from
the date issued, and that can be used
to purchase products on ApparelAddiction.com.
Preorder policy:
Coupon codes cannot be applied to pre-order
items. Please note that the delivery
date is an estimated shipping date.
We are unable to guarantee delivery
dates for preorder items due to unforeseen
delays by the manufacturers. Please
know that we can't control the dates
that are given to us by the manufacturers.
Pre-order items are sold on a first
come first serve basis. We will charge
your card for the full amount when the
order is placed. If for some reason
we cannot fill your order we will issue
a full refund. We will accept cancellations
on pre-order items but for store credits
only that can be used on future purchases
(refunds will not be permitted).
Discounts and
Promotions
Discounts and promotions are good on
in-stock, non-sale merchandise. Discounts
and promotions do not apply to sale
merchandise or pre-ordered merchandise
and may not combinable.
